WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Site Acquisition Specialist, you will help identify and secure potential locations that support the company's expansion plans.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Research and identify potential sites and commercial properties for expansion
• Source properties through online platforms, property networks, brokers, agents, and direct owner contacts
• Communicate and build professional relationships with property owners, landlords, brokers, and agents
• Conduct site visits and ocular inspections to assess potential locations
• Evaluate locations based on accessibility, visibility, surrounding establishments, market potential, and other business requirements
• Gather important property information such as location, size, rental rate, lease terms, availability, and other commercial conditions
• Prepare site evaluation reports and recommendations for management review
• Assist in negotiating rental rates, lease terms, and other commercial conditions
• Maintain an updated database of potential properties and site acquisition activities
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding site requirements and concerns
• Monitor negotiations and follow up on pending property leads
• Assist in the documentation and processing of acquired sites
• Support the team in identifying opportunities for future business expansion

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

YOU MAY BE THE PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR IF YOU ARE:

• A graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Real Estate Management, Management, or a related course
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Confident and comfortable communicating with different people
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel to different locations
• Interested in real estate, leasing, business development, and expansion
• Good at researching and gathering information
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to analyze information and make well-supported recommendations
• Comfortable with negotiation and professional follow-ups
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Able to work independently while coordinating effectively with the team

Experience in sales, real estate, leasing, business development, or fieldwork is an advantage but not required.
