Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in site development, real estate, or a related field, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine real estate market, zoning regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach to site development.
