Site Development Specialist

Job Summary

Responsible for identifying potential store locations, evaluating site feasibility, and overseeing store development and construction projects. The role ensures projects are completed within target timelines and comply with applicable safety standards, building regulations, and local requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate potential sites for store expansion and acquisition.
• Review project drafts, layouts, and construction plans.
• Conduct ocular inspections and site assessments to evaluate site feasibility and project progress.
• Monitor compliance with safety standards, building codes, environmental regulations, and local ordinances.
• Supervise internal staff and third-party service providers throughout the construction process.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure construction activities follow approved plans and schedules.
• Prepare project progress and status reports.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, or any related field.
• With 1–2 years of experience in site acquisition, store expansion, site development, construction project coordination, or business development.
