Site Development Superintendent

The leading site design and development company in northern Indiana seeks experienced applicant for managing and scheduling grading, pipe, asphalt and concrete crews.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Oversee site development projects ranging from $50,000 -$2,000,000 across Fort Wayne and surrounding area

· Lead project crews of 2-6 people and collaborate with project managers to ensure quality, safety and efficiency

· Plan and schedule crews, equipment and subcontractors to maintain workflow and meet deadlines

· Train, mentor, and retain field personnel

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and employees

· Coordinate winter snow‑removal operations, including scheduling sidewalk crews, salt trucks, and subcontractors during snow events

· Standard work schedule is Monday–Friday; weekend work occurs only during emergency or snow events

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum 3 years of construction supervision or management experience, preferably in site development, utilities, grading, asphalt, or concrete construction

· Ability to read and interpret grading and utility plans

· Computer skills including Microsoft Office

· Ability to work outdoors and visit active jobsites in varying weather conditions.

· Knowledge of underground‑digging safety requirements and general construction safety with the ability to enforce proper procedures

· Valid driver’s license required
