Site Development/Construction Project Manager

Position Reports to: VP of Project Advancement

1. Have a strong sense of order, structure, and systemization, and be able to function and lead a team as such.

7. Prefer 5 or more years’ experience in managing construction projects (sitework & buildings). A Building Science or Civil Engineering related degree is a plus.
8. Be an active member (serving in good standing) with regular attendance at a local evangelical church.

Time Requirements:

With sensitivity to family needs in mind, this position will require a general expectation of 50 in-office and in the field working hours per week.  Additional time will be required for special events or under special circumstances.

Travel Requirements:

A high base-load of international travel is to be expected, with extremely high travel requirements when multiple capital projects are underway (approximately 2-3 weeks per quarter). Domestic travel will vary.
