About the role

We are hiring a Site Director to run our Philippines operation end to end. You own the site, recruitment, budget, and the cost base. You drive performance alongside the Operations Manager. This is the most senior role on the ground in Ortigas. The mandate is growth. We plan to grow the operation 3X over the next three years. You will lead that scale up while keeping costs tight and performance high. This is not a caretaker position. We want a leader who sets the standard, builds the team, and delivers results.

What you will own-

• Full accountability for the Ortigas site: people, performance, culture, and day to day operations.
• Budget and cost. You own the P&L for the site, manage the cost of the entire operation, and deliver strong unit economics as we scale.
• Growth. You lead the plan to grow the operation 3X in three years without losing control of cost or quality.
• Recruitment. You lead hiring end to end and build a pipeline of strong talent.
• Performance management. You partner with the Operations Manager to set targets, run the performance framework, track results, and lift output.
• Team leadership. You develop managers, hold the bar high, and grow capability.
• Reporting. You give clear, direct updates to the VP of Operations on results, cost, and risks.

What we are looking for-

• Proven experience running a site or large operation, ideally in BPO, contact centre, or shared services.
• Strong budgeting and cost management experience. You have owned a P&L or operational budget and delivered to it.
• A track record of scaling operations and hitting performance targets, including turning around underperformance.
• Solid performance management experience. You build the framework and hold people to it.
• Strong recruitment and team building experience. You know how to attract and keep good people.
• Confident, decisive leadership. You make calls and own outcomes.
• Excellent English communication with Australian or offshore stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a fast moving, results driven environment.
