Site Document Controller

• Implement and maintain a robust document control system to ensure all site documentation is organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
• Coordinate with project teams to collect, review, and archive critical documents including contracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Facilitate the timely distribution of documents to stakeholders, ensuring version control and compliance with project standards.
• Conduct regular audits of document management practices to identify and rectify inconsistencies and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Follow up and submission of all the submittals with the client, consultant and subcontractors.
• coordinate with head office particularly with HRD, finance and procurement departments for the follow ups all the respective department needs and approvals.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in document control or a similar administrative role within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential for effective task execution.
• Certification in Document Control Management or similar qualifications will be a significant advantage.
