Site Electrical Engineer

Site supervision and installation

• Supervise installation of conduits, wires and cables, cable trays, panelboards, switchgear, lighting, power receptacles, grounding, and auxiliary systems (FDAS, CCTV, data/structured cabling).
• Interpret electrical plans, single-line diagrams, schedules of loads and specifications, and translate them into daily work instructions.
• Plan and assign daily manpower, tools and materials; track work accomplishment against the project schedule.
• Coordinate with civil, architectural, mechanical and plumbing trades to resolve conflicts and avoid rework.

Quality control and testing

• Inspect workmanship and materials against approved drawings, submittals and PEC requirements.
• Conduct or witness testing and commissioning: insulation resistance (megger), continuity, grounding resistance, phase sequence, and load tests.
• Prepare punch lists and ensure defects are corrected before turnover.

Documentation and reporting

• Prepare daily and weekly site reports, accomplishment reports and progress billing support.
• Prepare and track material requests, deliveries and site inventory.
• Raise RFIs, document change orders and variations, and update redline drawings for as-built plans.
• Support quantity take-offs and BOQ verification for additional or revised works.

Client and authority coordination

• Attend site coordination meetings with the client, consultants and main contractor.
• Coordinate with the local utility (e.g., Meralco) and LGU building/electrical officials for inspections, permits, temporary power and energization.

Safety

• Enforce the project's safety program and DOLE Occupational Safety and Health Standards on site.
• Implement lockout/tagout, permit-to-work and proper PPE use for all electrical work.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and report incidents and near misses.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
