WRN Health Incorporated is seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team in Davao City. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment within our healthcare technology operations. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our electrical infrastructure meets the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance. Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components for healthcare equipment and facilities
• Conduct electrical safety audits and ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes and standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults and issues promptly to minimise downtime
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for electrical projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, technicians, and other engineers to ensure successful project completion
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on electrical systems and equipment
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to electrical systems to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Stay up to date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in electrical engineering
• Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance and operational teams

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, preferably within healthcare, manufacturing, or industrial settings, but a fresh license is welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in electrical design software and CAD tools
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with power systems, control systems, or renewable energy is advantageous
• Demonstrated project management capabilities and attention to detail
• Knows how to drive a 4-wheeled vehicle.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
