You will also coordinate specialist contractors and work closely with the client and site teams to plan and deliver maintenance activities. Regular travel between client locations across Dublin is required.
Key responsibilities

- Support minor installations, alterations and local improvement works within your competence and authorisation.

- Oversee contractor activities and ensure work follows approved procedures and the agreed scope.
- Obtain and file service reports, test certificates and other completion records, progressing any defects or follow-up actions.
- Participate in daily and weekly site whiteboard meetings, providing updates on maintenance, outstanding works, safety matters and operational priorities.
- Support statutory compliance activities and participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota.
What we are looking for
- Fully qualified electrician with a recognised electrical trade qualification.
- Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Good working knowledge of electrical building services and associated systems.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety, RAMS, Permit-to-Work and contractor compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a Facilities Management team.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A professional, customer-focused approach and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to work a three-shift cycle, travel between Dublin sites and participate in the call-out rota.
Previous electrical maintenance, building services or Facilities Management experience is desirable. Experience with planned and reactive maintenance, HVAC or mechanical systems, CMMS software and specialist contractor coordination would be an advantage.
A full driving licence is preferred because of travel between sites. Suitable candidates without a driving licence will also be considered.
