Site Electrical/Civil Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle day to day activities at site.
• Liaise with project team member especially consultants, contractors and authorities on al site matter and interfacing works.
• Attend and witness material test and all related tests carried out as required in the project/contract or specifications.
• Assist in Electrical/Civil and structural in project implementation and supervision of construction work at site, ensure time completion with quality standard.
• Check construction work based on approved drawing and to report for any non-compliance.
• Assist to ensure all material delivered to site is as per approved specifications.
• To handle all technical issue including to check, simulate, trouble shoot and modify control and protection circuitries.
• To handle all testing, modification and commissioning related issues and in accordance with the contract conditions and company interest.
• Liaise and work closely with authorities, clients, consultant, OEM suppliers / sub-contractors and other personnel that involve at site.
• To update as built information and work closely with the Designer.
• To handle post-commissioning defect management and the closing.
• Ensure all statutory requirements such as Safety and Health Acts, etc are fully comply with.
• To implement company Quality System Procedures (ISO) at site.
• Responsible to keep in good working condition any assets, equipment, etc supplied by the Company.
• Have a good, organized filing system in order to have easy retrieval of all related documents ISO 9001:2015 (Quality) & ISO 45001:2018 (Safety)
• To actively participate in audit exercise (internal and external).
• To attend any auditor’s query (internal and external).
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, relevant stakeholders and the public using principles of good customer service.
• To perform any other relevant task as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Electrical/Civil Engineering.
2. Working experience of 3 years or more
3. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
4. Strong in project management, planning and coordination skill
5. This position to be based in Balakong Selangor.
6. Strong knowledge in Substation, PMU Project, understanding primary & secondary systems will be an added advantage.
