Site Engineer (6-Month Contract)

Geotechthai Construction Co.,Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, clients, consultants, and contractors to coordinate site activities, monitor construction progress, and ensure work is completed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager or Site Manager and survise site operations by following up, controlling, coordinating between developers, main contractor, subcontractors and project team to acheive project schedule.
• Supervise the site operations and report circumstances to superiors for further action.
• Coordinate between stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and vendors to assist superiors and head office.
• Control and operate the work’s sequence based on the master schedule Plans.
• Prepare the site meeting reports, daily site progress and control report for the project team.
• Report discrepancies or delays in work and follow-up procedures.
• Ensure and maintain workmanship and quality of works before delivery to client.
• Share new ideas that may assist the project team as a solution to the client.
• Follow the other work tasks assigned by managers.

Work Conditions

• Monday to Saturday 8.00AM to 5.00PM
• Overtime is paid based on labour law
• Working in shifts rotation
• Working on site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.

• 3-5 years of work experience in the field.

• Willing to learn soil treatment solutions for earthworks in civil engineering.

• Experience in supervising the construction projects (condominiums, hotels, offices), hospitals, and factories.

• Experience in supervising the construction of buildings, including low-rise, high-rise, and underground works.

• Possession of a professional engineering license.

• Willing to work overtime or night shifts is a plus.

• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Project.

This is a fixed-term contract position. Employment beyond the initial contract may be considered based on project requirements and performance.
