Site Engineer - Building

We are looking for a Site Engineer with hands-on experience in building construction projects to supervise site execution and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day building construction and civil works at site.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and site teams.
• Monitor RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, finishing and other civil works.
• Check site measurements, levels, quantities and workmanship.
• Monitor manpower, materials and daily work progress.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and other departments for site requirements.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain necessary site records.
• Assist in quantity measurement and billing-related documentation.
• Identify site issues and ensure timely resolution.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in building construction is mandatory.
• Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Good knowledge of building construction and site execution.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Candidate must be willing to relocate and work at project sites.
• Own vehicle is mandatory for site travel.
• Petrol allowance will be provided by the company as per company policy.
