What they need
Responsibility
- Oversee construction work.
- Undertake surveys and set out sites.
- Check technical designs and drawings for accuracy and adherence.
- Ensure project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets, and/or timescales.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, local authority employees, architects, and other professionals, particularly quantity surveyors and the overall project manager.
- Provide technical advice and solve problems on-site.
- Prepare site reports and log progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Project Management
- Fresh graduate or 2-3 years of experience in the Construction Industry
- Experience in factory, warehouse, and fast-track projects are added advantages
- Computer skills eg. AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingn to travel outstation
