Salary: ₹30,000–₹45,000 per month, based on experience and skills

Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure smooth project execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, timelines, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise RCC, masonry, finishing, and other construction activities.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
• Monitor labour, materials, equipment, and daily site progress.
• Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Conduct quality checks and resolve site-related technical issues.
• Take site measurements and support RA billing and quantity verification.
• Prepare DPRs and maintain site records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety practices and PPE requirements.

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 1–5 years of relevant construction/real estate site experience.
• Good knowledge of RCC, finishing work, and construction practices.
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and site management skills.
