Site Engineer (Civil)

We are looking for a Civil Engineering graduate with 0–1 year of experience who is interested in building a career in residential and commercial construction. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or junior civil engineer to gain practical, on-site experience working on modern construction projects across Trivandrum.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors and project teams.
• Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Monitor quality of civil construction work and ensure proper execution.
• Track site progress and report updates to senior engineers/project managers.
• Assist with measurements, quantity estimation and material requirements.
• Check materials and workmanship at various stages of construction.
• Maintain basic site documentation, reports and records.
• Assist in resolving day-to-day site and construction-related issues.
• Ensure safety practices and site procedures are followed.

Requirements

• B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 0–1 year of experience in civil construction or site engineering. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to travel to different construction sites across Thiruvananthapuram.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Valid driving licence is preferred.
• Candidates based in Thiruvananthapuram or nearby areas are preferred.
