Site Engineer Civil

Role & responsibilities

Shall be responsible for site supervision and monitoring of railway civil works including bridges, major and minor structures, earthwork, formation, track works, and associated civil activities.

Shall ensure execution of works in accordance with approved drawings,

technical specifications, Indian Railways standards, and contract

conditions.

Shall coordinate with contractors, client representatives, and other

stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of site activities.

Shall implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control

procedures at site as per PMC and client requirements.

Shall assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring construction

progress and report site status to PMC management.

Shall review and ensure proper implementation of approved drawings, method statements, and technical submissions

Requried Skills -

Strong knowledge of railway civil engineering works including bridges,

major and minor structures, earthwork, formation, and track works.

Experience in site supervision, contractor coordination, and execution monitoring for large infrastructure projects.

Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control procedures, inspection and test plans, and material testing requirements.

Strong coordination and communication skills for interaction with clients, contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
