Job Description

Four Links Interior Design L.L.C. is looking for a Site Engineer with a B.Tech background to join our interior fit-out team in Umm Al Quwain.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects and be capable of coordinating site activities, workers, subcontractors, materials, and project requirements.

Freshers with a B.Tech qualification who are interested in building a career in interior fit-out are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for interior fit-out works.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per drawings and project requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, suppliers, and project management.
• Check materials and ensure proper utilization at site.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
• Prepare daily site updates and progress reports.
• Monitor quality, safety, and workmanship at the project site.
• Coordinate with the project team to resolve site-related issues.
• Ensure work is completed within the required schedule.

Requirements

• B.Tech / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Candidates with valid UAE interior fit-out experience are preferred.
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic Malayalam communication skills.
• Good knowledge of site coordination and construction activities.
• Ability to work at project sites and coordinate with different teams.
• Male candidates preferred/required for this site-based position.
• Candidates from India are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
• Full-time position based in Umm Al Quwain, UAE.
