➤ Able to prepare construction sequence/methodology & material quantity calculation
➤ Can interpret drawings and understand project specification
➤ Preparation construction sequence/method statemant
➤ Calculation material quantity
➤ Negotiation with the supplier and subcontractor
➤ Preparation weekly/monthly schedule
➤ To control subcontractor/manpower supply/rental equipment with schedule
➤ To conduct site inspection with the Client and the Engineer
➤ Making the Construction Record
➤ To coordinate work schedule with JV partner
➤ To make a plan of construction survey
