Site Engineer (Civil)

Key Responsibilities

• Visit project sites, take accurate measurements, and verify site readiness before production and installation.
• Review approved drawings, material specifications, and scope of work with design and production teams.
• Prepare installation schedules and coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and site access.
• Supervise the installation of modular kitchens, wardrobes, loose furniture, wall panels, and other interior elements.
• Inspect dimensions, alignment, finishes, hardware, and overall workmanship as per approved drawings and quality standards.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, plumbing, and other site teams to resolve execution-related issues.
• Track daily site progress and report delays, changes, or issues to the concerned team.
• Maintain site photographs, progress reports, measurements, and other project records.
• Prepare snag lists and ensure timely rectification of all identified issues.
• Conduct final quality checks and ensure the project meets approved specifications.
• Obtain client sign-off and coordinate the final handover of completed sites.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supervising furniture and modular interior installations from start to finish.
• Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings.
• Good knowledge of furniture construction, hardware, materials, finishes, and installation methods.
• Strong measurement, planning, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred

• Experience in premium residential furniture and modular interior projects.
• Candidates with hands-on site execution and installation supervision experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
