Site Engineer - Civil

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other site teams.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications.
• Monitor site progress and ensure activities are completed within the required timeline.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Coordinate material requirements and ensure materials are available as per project requirements.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and other required documentation.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with approved construction methods, safety requirements, and company procedures.
• Monitor subcontractor activities and ensure work is executed according to project requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 4–6 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer in the UAE construction industry.
• Valid SOE (Society of Engineers) membership card with DM license.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction, finishing, and site execution.
• Ability to read and understand civil drawings and specifications.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality requirements.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
