Site Engineer- Civil

We are looking for a competent Civil Engineer to manage and execute construction activities for residential and commercial projects. The role involves site supervision, quality control, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring timely project delivery as per approved designs and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and supervise day-to-day construction activities at site.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement QA/QC procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Verify measurements and assist in billing and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with safety norms and statutory regulations.
• Manage material planning, usage, and wastage control.
• Support project planning and scheduling activities.

Qualifications:

• B.E / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience:

• 5–8 years of experience in residential and/or commercial construction projects

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Familiarity with drawings (structural & architectural)
• Knowledge of IS codes and building regulations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project tools

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in high-rise buildings, malls, or large-scale developments
• Exposure to finishing works and turnkey projects
• Knowledge of billing, estimation, and BOQ
• Familiarity with AutoCAD / project management tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
