What they need
· On-site execution and supervision of civil construction works including RCC structures, finishes, and MEP coordination
· Daily site inspections and quality monitoring to ensure works conform to drawings, specifications, and approved methods.
· Coordination between various trades (RCC, blockwork, plastering, tiling, painting, electrical, plumbing).
· Ensuring alignment,
· Interpretation of architectural and structural drawings; preparation of work sketches and modifications as required
· Preparation and submission of measurement statements for billing and payment processing
· Coordination with subcontractors on scope clarification, work schedule, and quality expectations
· Reporting site issues, delays, and corrective actions to Sr. Site Engineer
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
