What they need
Key Responsibilities: · Plan and supervise civil and sports-flooring works, workforce, subcontractors, material delivery and daily progress.
· Read drawings, check levels, measurements, slopes, quantities and workmanship; prevent rework.
· Coordinate procurement, maintain site records, report delays/safety risks and resolve execution issues promptly.
· Support quality inspections, measurements, billing inputs and handover documentation.
Tools & skills
· Hands-on auto level setup, leveling calculations and field checks (mandatory).
· Working AutoCAD basics: reading drawings, dimensions and simple markups (mandatory).
· Excel/Google Sheets for BOQ, measurements, material tracking and progress reports.
· Basic MS Project or Gantt scheduling, site photography and WhatsApp reporting; awareness of safety procedures.
Experience & profile
· Minimum 2 years of independent site-execution experience in civil/construction projects.
· Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering preferred; willingness to travel to project sites.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
