About the Role

We are looking for a Site Engineer to look after our government project sites (roads, bridges,Buildings etc.) and handle site measurements and basic site engineering work.

What You Will Do

• Plan and supervise day-to-day site work as per drawings, specifications and schedule
• Lead labour, subcontractors and work gangs
• Set out work on site accurately as per drawings
• Ensure quality standards and required testing are met at every stage
• Manage materials, stock and wastage
• Take site measurements and prepare quantities and bills in line with government procedures
• Coordinate with department engineers, consultants and clients
• Ensure safe working practices on site

What We Are Looking For

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Must)
• 2-5 years of site experience, preferably in government, road, bridge or building projects
• Ability to read drawings and execute work independently
• Working knowledge of measurement book (MB), RA bill procedures and PWD SOR
• Proficiency in MS Excel; basic AutoCAD
• Fluent in Malayalam
• Willingness to travel between sites; valid two-wheeler licence required
