Site Engineer (Civil Engineer)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Licensed Civil Engineer to join our Operations team and provide technical support for billboard construction, structural inspections, preventive maintenance, and site development projects.

The position will be responsible for evaluating proposed billboard locations, monitoring structural works, and ensuring that existing and new structures meet applicable engineering and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct technical feasibility assessments of proposed billboard locations and construction sites.

· Perform periodic structural inspections of existing billboard structures and recommend preventive or corrective maintenance.

· Supervise structural and civil works for billboard construction, installation, repair, and rehabilitation projects.

· Monitor contractors, construction quality, materials, and compliance with approved engineering plans and specifications.

· Prepare technical reports, structural assessments, preliminary material estimates, and project cost evaluations.

· Coordinate with Operations, Site Acquisition, architects, contractors, and other concerned departments.

· Provide engineering support for other company construction and development projects as assigned.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

· Must be a Registered and Licensed Civil Engineer with a valid PRC license.

· Preferably with at least two (2) years of experience in construction supervision, structural inspection, steel structures, foundations, or structural maintenance.

· Knowledgeable in engineering standards, construction methods, and safety requirements.

· Able to interpret engineering drawings and prepare technical reports and cost estimates.

· Familiarity with AutoCAD or other engineering software and Microsoft Office applications.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel to other company project locations as required.
