Site Engineer (Civil) Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Site Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of practical experience in building construction projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge and the ability to independently plan, coordinate, supervise, and execute civil construction activities while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute day-to-day civil construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Supervise RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works.
• Review structural and architectural drawings and ensure accurate site execution.
• Prepare daily work schedules, progress reports, and manpower requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site supervisors.
• Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with approved specifications and standards.
• Prepare quantity measurements, material requirements, and basic quantity take-offs.
• Monitor labour productivity, material consumption, and work progress.
• Coordinate site inspections, quality checks, and material testing.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate their resolution.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and project timelines.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in building construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of RCC structures and building construction activities.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Knowledge of quantity surveying, BOQ, and construction measurements.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
• Good understanding of construction quality standards and site safety requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage assigned site activities.
