Site Engineer (Civil, Infrastructure)

Adcon Contracting LLC is seeking a diligent, capable Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Site Engineer experience in infrastructure projects in the UAE. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• A valid UAE Driver's License is highly preferred
• Languages: English (Required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per project plans and drawings
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures
• Monitor project progress and report site updates to management
• Conduct site inspections and verify workmanship quality
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
• Assist in material requisition and site inventory control
• Resolve technical issues occurring at site level
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower and equipment
• Maintain site documentation and as-built records

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• UAE-based Site Engineer - Civil Infrastructure: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
