Site Engineer

Job Title: Site Engineer

Department: Projects

Reports To: Projects Head.

Job Purpose

To plan, execute, and supervise infrastructure and construction projects ensuring quality and timely completion; to coordinate with contractors and stakeholders while adhering to design, safety, and compliance standards; and to ensure efficient project execution through continuous monitoring, reporting, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Supervision

• Monitor day-to-day site activities
• Ensure work as per drawings and specifications

2. Project Management

• Track project timelines and progress
• Ensure quality standards

3. Coordination

• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and vendors
• Conduct site meetings

4. Documentation

• Maintain site reports and records
• Prepare progress updates

5. Safety Compliance

• Ensure safety standards at site

Required Qualifications

• B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil/Electrical
  • 2 to 5 years of experience

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in managing construction or infrastructure projects from planning to execution
  • Strong ability to coordinate with contractors, consultants, and multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of quality control, safety standards, and site compliance requirements
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict timelines
  • Experience in institutional or commercial projects is an advantage but not mandatory
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is required; knowledge of MS Project/Primavera and Revit is an added advantage
