Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in interior fit-out projects to oversee site execution, ensure quality workmanship, coordinate with clients and vendors, and deliver projects on time while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site execution of interior fit-out works.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and finishing works.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively.
• Verify measurements and prepare work quantity reports.
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials at the site.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and implement quality control measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Coordinate project handover and snag rectification activities.
• Maintain project documentation, including site records, inspection reports, and material records.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
• Good understanding of civil and MEP coordination.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects for commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, or office spaces.
• Experience in handling multiple project sites independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
