SITE ENGINEER

PRIMARY PURPOSE

• Site Engineers is responsible for directly managing frontline workers; supervising construction works. providing proactive solutions; coordinating with the Construction Managers and the project site management team to keep the project on track.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement directives about proper use of resources and methodological work sequence (MS / MAR)
• Review and evaluate work accomplishments daily.
• Prepare daily schedule of construction activity and attend daily inspections at site.
• Monitor the flow of operation and project activities and resolve issues at site.
• Assure smooth flow of operation, monitor occurrence of potential problems during implementation process.
• Implements measures and monitors activities to ensure conformity to codes, construction norms, and client Requirements
• Gather data and prepare weekly progress report for submission to immediate superior and department head.
• Perform other duties from time to time as assigned by Superior.

III. EDUCATION, TECHNICAL CAPABILITY AND CAREER

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineer or in Architecture (but with knowledge in Civil / Structural works).
• Preference for PRC license holder.
• With at least 2 to 5 years of experience in the construction site / field.
