Site Engineer

We are seeking a proactive Site Engineer to supervise daily construction activities, ensure top-quality execution, and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and clients. You will play a vital role in keeping our projects on schedule, within safety guidelines and up to statutory standards.

Job Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Site Coordination

●   Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure work progresses according to schedule.

●   Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and clients regarding site matters.

●   Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports.

2. Site Supervision & Quality Control

●   Monitor construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.

●   Conduct site inspections and identify defects or non-conformance issues.

●   Coordinate rectification works and monitor completion.

3. Safety & Compliance

●   Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations and company procedures.

●   Work closely with the Safety Officer to promote a safe working environment.

●   Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to statutory requirements.

4. Documentation & Reporting

●   Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

●   Maintain proper documentation including site instructions, inspection records and project correspondence.

●   Assist in project planning, scheduling and material coordination.

Requirements

●   Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Surveying or a related field.

●   Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant experience will have an added advantage.

●   Able to read and interpret construction drawings.

●   Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is preferred.

●   Good communication and coordination skills.

●   Willing to travel and work at construction sites when required.
