Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer with 4-6 years of experience in residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring quality execution, monitoring project progress, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to deliver projects safely and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely execution of project milestones.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth site operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify execution issues, proposing timely corrective measures.
• Verify quantities, materials, and workmanship at site.
• Maintain daily progress reports, measurement records, and site documentation.
• Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities to achieve project timelines.
• Monitor resource utilization, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Support senior engineers and project managers in project execution and coordination.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
• Good knowledge of RCC, masonry, finishing, and general civil construction works.
• Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
• Experience in site supervision, quality control, and contractor management.
• Understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in site reporting, measurements, and documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
