- Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant project information.
- Recommend cost-effective and productivity-enhancing measures for site activities.
- Check and certify subcontractor and labor bills.
- Manage material quantities, reconciliation, and cash outflow for project audits.
- Track material inward movement and site stock levels.
- Collect site data on materials, labor, and other resource requirements.
- Read and interpret GFC drawings and technical documents to calculate quantities and prepare daily cost sheets.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors for accurate estimates.
- Perform rate analysis and quantity calculations using computer software.
- Apply strong analytical skills to support project efficiency and accuracy.
