Site Engineer

Job Responsibilities :

• Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, engineering standards, and project specifications.
• Plan, monitor, and track construction progress in accordance with the project schedule.
• Coordinate with the Client, Consultant, Subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure construction quality complies with project requirements and quality standards.
• Prepare daily reports, progress reports, and other related project documentation.
• Manage construction resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, efficiently.
• Identify site issues and propose effective corrective actions.
• Ensure all site activities comply with project safety regulations and requirements.
• Attend project meetings and follow up on action items.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Experience in Data Center, High-Rise Building, Industrial Plant, or large-scale construction projects is highly preferred.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical documents.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and related software.
• Strong knowledge of structural, architectural, and building services works.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Professional Engineering License (PE License) will be an advantage.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday, 08:00 AM – 05:30 PM
• Lunch Break: 12:00 PM – 01:30 PM (1.5 hours)
