- Coordinate HVAC installation work in the field
- Arrange and supervise technicians to work according to procedures
- Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, work methods, and schedule
- Monitor work progress regularly
- Coordinate with Project Manager, Project Controller, engineering, and client
- Ensure material and tools availability at site
- Identify work constraints and coordinate their resolution
- Prepare progress reports and field work condition reports
- Ensure quality standards, safety, and work neatness are met
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover work
