About the role
WORKSWELL ENTERPRISES INC is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to supervise the Retail Renovation inside SM City Naga, Camarines Sur.
Key responsibilities
Constant coordination with the 3 parties: Mall Administration, Cityhall Engineering Office and Workswell Renovations Team (The tier: Architect, Purchaser and Project Head)
Check attendance of Workers and their OUTPUT per day.
Daily Reporting on the following
Progress of the renovation
- photo of Output / result of worker's performance per day
Problems encountered and proposed solution
Items / materials received in the site
Documentation
- Gatepass, workpermit, other forms needed
- Building Permit and Occupancy Permit Application
- Test reports
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and material availability
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Site Engineer or similar role on construction or engineering projects
- The project contract shall run for not more than 3 months.
- The site supervision shall start at 1:00pm to 9:00pm
