What they need
Roles and Responsibilities
To supervise the site engineering activities like concreting, steel reinforcement, shuttering, brickwork, plastering, tiling, waterproofing etc and execute as per drawing and specification.
To prepare labour bills for the work done and submit the same
To submit DLR and DPR on daily basis
Ensure site activities are happening with required safety protocols
Ensure site execution, supervision, and management according to project requirements.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely completion of projects.
Monitor progress against milestones and report any issues or concerns.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience in civil site engineering.
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
- Strong understanding of building construction processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in creating bar bending schedules using relevant software tools.
