Key Responsibilities of Site Engineer

• Supervise solar PV installation and site execution activities.
• Coordinate with technicians, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Check installation of solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, cables, and other equipment.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Monitor daily site progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper quality standards.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Coordinate material requirements with the Purchase and Engineering teams.
• Ensure proper testing and commissioning of the solar system.
• Maintain site records, measurements, photographs, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and other departments during project execution.
• Monitor manpower and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
• Support troubleshooting and maintenance activities after installation.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
