Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Manage site activities, including labor control, measurement, and supervision of contractors.
• Review construction drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective communication and collaboration.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-6 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (building construction).
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil.
• Strong understanding of construction management principles, building construction methods, and civil engineering practices.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
