Site Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily construction activities at the site.
• Execute civil works strictly according to the provided drawings and official instructions.
• Clearly communicate work requirements to supervisors, contractors and labour teams.
• Supervise structural, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing and finishing works.
• Plan and allocate daily work to labour teams.
• Monitor labour productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Check the quality and quantity of construction materials received at the site.
• Prevent material wastage and ensure proper usage and storage.
• Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the execution.
• Take responsibility for completing the assigned work within the scheduled timeline.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on site execution experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of civil construction and finishing works.
• Ability to understand drawings and accurately execute the work at the site.
• Capable of independently managing labour, contractors and daily site activities.
• Responsible, disciplined and willing to follow instructions from management.
• Good communication and site coordination skills.
• Candidates residing in Sholinganallur or nearby areas will be preferred.
• A two-wheeler and valid driving license are preferred.
