What they need
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage but not required (based on company requirement).
Preferably with at least 1-2 years of experience in construction (vertical or horizontal).
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply depending on company's training program.
Experience in supervision, site coordination or project documentation is preferred.
