Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities to verify that work complies with approved structural designs and technical specifications
- Enforce health and safety rules, conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship, and maintain a safe job site
- Resolve unforeseen technical challenges, interpret engineering drawings, and assist with layout and setting out works
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, personnel in the office, and suppliers
- Prepare daily logs, progress reports, material requisitions, and as-built records
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related structural/building field
- Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and reading blueprints or technical drawings
