SITE ENGINEER

Gold Key Construction Management Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all works are executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities and monitor site progress.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and project resources.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment reports.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality control procedures.
• Identify and resolve technical issues encountered on site.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and company policies.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, quantity verification, and billing documentation.
• Attend coordination meetings and prepare necessary technical reports.
• Perform other engineering duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred but not required.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in building, warehouse, industrial, or vertical construction projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project documentation.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under minimal supervision.
• Willing to work extended hours when project requirements demand.

Deployment Requirement:

• Must be willing to be deployed to project sites anywhere within Metro Manila and Luzon.
• Willing to travel and stay on-site as required by project assignments.
