Site Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors and vendors to ensure a smooth workflow and timely execution.

Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and execution challenges.

• Monitor project timelines, budgets and material procurement to prevent delays or cost overruns.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including daily progress reports, site issues and material usage.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Provide technical support and guidance to subcontractors and laborers.
• Address client concerns and ensure project alignment with their expectations.
• Attend project meetings and provide updates on site progress and challenges.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site as per project requirements.

Qualifications and skill requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in interior site supervision and project execution
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes and construction methodologies
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and site management protocols
