About the role
A technical professional who manages daily construction operations, supervises building work on the ground, and ensures projects follow safety and design standards.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily construction activities and manage subcontractors
- Check blueprints, structural drawings, and set out or survey the physical site
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) rules and inspect materials
- Act as the main technical adviser for workers and coordinate with project managers and architects
- Prepare daily progress reports and track work schedules
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- 7 years of experience in construction works
- Ability to read complex drawings and use tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, or surveying equipment
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication abilities
