SITE ENGINEER

Full-Time

Location: Tunasan, Muntinlupa City

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (with license)
• At least 2–3 years of experience in ground-up construction, fit-out, and renovation projects.
• Knowledgeable in construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations as needed.
• Residing within Muntinlupa, San Pedro Laguna, or nearby areas is preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is executed according to approved plans and specifications.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site accomplishment reports.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure project quality standards are met.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost monitoring.
• Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.
