Site Engineer

Project-in-Charge (Site-based) 1 MONTH

Company: EPM Construction Inc.

Qualifications:

l   Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Licensed is a plus.

l   With or without experience. Experience in related field is advantage

l   Willing to work on a project-based and be assigned to different project locations.

l   With strong leadership and decision-making skills. Capable in site supervision/field coordination, project management and handling subcontractors and manpower on-site.

l   Knowledgeable in construction methods, scheduling plans and specifications

l   Familiarity with value engineering, cost estimation, cost saving budgeting, and material take-offs.

l   Knowledge of health and safety standards and site compliance.

l   Ability to read and interpret detailed construction drawings and specifications

l   Ability to identify and resolve site issues quickly and efficiently

l   Proficient in computer applications such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Excel formula, pivot table, reporting  and other engineering software and project management tools.

l   Strong skills in report writing, daily logs, and progress monitoring

l   Good coordination skills with clients, consultants, and suppliers

l   Strong time management and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced site environment

l   Experience in as-built documentation and project turnover

l   MUST WILLING TO REPORT IN QUEZON CITY

Responsibilities:

l    Oversee day-to-day site operations and project implementation

l   Ensure work is completed based on plans, specifications, and timeline

l   Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders

l   Monitor project progress and prepare reports

l   Ensure quality control and compliance with standards
