- Prepare and process Progress Billings and supporting project documentation.
- Supervise daily site operations and monitor construction progress.
- Ensure works are executed according to approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization on site.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment reports.
- Identify and resolve site issues to maintain project schedule and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and site safety requirements.
- Prepare Bidding documents
