- Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and workers
- Monitor quality, safety, and progress of construction works
- Prepare site reports and documentation
- Assist in resolving technical and site-related concerns
About you
- Graduate of Civil Engineering or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in steel structure construction and erection
- Experience in site supervision and construction operations
- Knowledge of construction plans, specifications, and site procedures
- Able to coordinate effectively with workers, subcontractors, and project teams
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
